House 337 appoints new chief creative officer

House 337 has appointed Josh Green as its new chief creative officer, elevating him from his previous position as executive creative director. He will take up the role effective immediately.

Reporting in to chief executive officer Phil Fearnley, Green’s appointment will mark a concerted push from the agency to transition towards a more unified creative vision under his guidance.

Having first joined the agency in May last year, Fearnley will bring a wealth of experience to his new role having previously worked as an executive creative director at sports-focused agency Octagon.

“Josh doesn’t fit a mould. And that’s what makes him perfect for this role. He brings broad experience, a razor-sharp strategic sensibility, and an alchemic approach to team building. Under his leadership, we’re poised to do more work that solves our clients’ biggest challenges,” Fearnley said.

“Since joining last year, Josh has been instrumental in our creative transformation, including the acquisition of AI agency Vixen Labs and the launch of our sports practice.”

Being well-versed in the sports, fashion, and culture sectors, Fearnley helped set up and lead House 337’s dedicated sports practice. He will now lead the agency’s combined creative direction.

Green added: “Leading the creative agenda at one of London’s most iconic agencies is a great privilege and an enormous responsibility. I couldn’t be more excited to help author House 337’s next chapter. In my heart, I believe that creativity is the catalyst for all progress. I look forward to working with the wonderfully diverse talent at House 337 to build the UK’s most progressive brands.”
